1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to supeph ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and supeph, governing your access to and use of the supeph online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, services, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the supeph website at https://supeph.cam, downloading our mobile application, or otherwise using any supeph Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of supeph Services and refrain from creating or accessing an account.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, or rules published on the supeph platform. All such documents form part of this agreement and are binding upon you as a condition of using supeph Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

supeph Services are available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and when accessing supeph Services.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under Philippine law or any applicable local, regional, or national regulation.

supeph reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation to verify your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Account Registration

To access supeph gaming services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and physical address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.

supeph reserves the right to reject any account application, suspend account creation, or request additional verification at our sole discretion. We may refuse service to any person or entity for any reason, including but not limited to concerns regarding fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2.3 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering for or using supeph Services:

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Persons who have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from supeph or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Persons who are self-excluded from gambling activities through supeph or any recognized self-exclusion program.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of supeph or its affiliated companies.
• Persons located outside the Republic of the Philippines.
• Persons who are prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your supeph account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available and recommended by supeph.
• Immediately notify supeph of any unauthorized access, use, or suspected security breach involving your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. supeph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to supeph during registration and throughout your use of the Services is true, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Your supeph account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Transfer, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your account with any third party.
• Create accounts on behalf of other individuals or entities.
• Use your account for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purposes.

4. Gaming Services and Rules

4.1 Game Offerings

supeph provides access to a variety of online gaming products, including but not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games), limbo, slide, bingo, sports betting, and other gaming entertainment (collectively, "Games"). The availability of specific Games may vary based on regulatory requirements, licensing agreements, technical limitations, or supeph's business decisions. supeph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Game at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Game Rules and Procedures

Each Game offered on the supeph platform is governed by specific rules, procedures, and payout structures. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the rules of any Game you participate in. Game rules are available within each Game interface or in the supeph help section. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and specific Game rules, the Game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular Game.

4.3 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All Games offered on supeph utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. supeph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by supeph or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Games are published where applicable and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session results.

4.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a Game malfunction, system error, disconnection, or other technical issue, supeph reserves the right to void the affected Game, cancel bets, refund stakes, or take any other action deemed necessary to rectify the situation. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a Game malfunction results in an incorrect payout or award, supeph reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly.

4.5 Player Conduct

You agree to use supeph Services in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and the rules of fair play. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or manipulation.
• Use bots, automated software, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to play Games.
• Exploit Game bugs, software vulnerabilities, or technical errors for personal gain.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward other players, supeph staff, or third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with supeph software or systems.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Account Currency

All financial transactions on supeph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. supeph does not support foreign currencies or cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

5.2 Deposits

You may fund your supeph account using approved payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other electronic payment services supported by the platform. Deposit methods, limits, and processing times are subject to change and are displayed in your account dashboard or the supeph payment section.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable technical error or as otherwise required by law. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is legally owned and operated by you. supeph reserves the right to request verification of payment methods and to refuse deposits from unverified or suspicious sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. supeph may impose additional deposit limits based on regulatory requirements, fraud prevention measures, or your account status.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity, age, and address verification.
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• supeph reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing withdrawals.

supeph processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, typically within 30 seconds to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status. However, processing times may vary based on factors beyond supeph's control, including payment processor delays, banking hours, or security reviews.

supeph reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if there is reason to believe that the request is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any other unlawful conduct. In such cases, supeph may suspend the withdrawal request pending investigation and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5.4 Fees

supeph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as GCash or Maya) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond supeph's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

supeph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and international standards. You agree to comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, including providing identification documents, source of funds verification, and transaction history upon request. supeph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or other relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Offers

supeph may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other incentives from time to time (collectively, "Promotions"). Participation in Promotions is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the supeph website or communicated to eligible players. You agree to read and comply with all Promotion-specific terms before participating.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses and Promotions are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible Games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are clearly stated in each Promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

supeph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses, Promotions, or associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of Promotion terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to exploit Promotions.
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee winnings while minimizing risk (e.g., hedging, arbitrage).
• Abusing system errors or technical glitches to obtain unintended benefits.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using supeph Services:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Money Laundering: Using supeph Services to launder money or engage in other illegal financial activities.
• Collusion and Cheating: Conspiring with other players, using bots, exploiting software bugs, or otherwise attempting to gain unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account or allowing others to use your account.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Abuse of Customer Support: Harassing, threatening, or otherwise abusing supeph staff or customer support representatives.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access areas of the supeph platform for which you do not have authorization, including other users' accounts or supeph's backend systems.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, distributing, or otherwise infringing on supeph's intellectual property rights.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by supeph

supeph reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to supeph, other players, or the integrity of our Services. During suspension, you may be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

8.2 Termination by supeph

supeph may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You have materially breached these Terms.
• You are found to be engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• You are under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to use supeph Services.
• supeph is required to terminate your account by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds, bonuses, or disputed amounts) will be refunded to you via your verified payment method, subject to supeph's right to deduct any amounts owed to supeph.

8.3 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting supeph customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. Closed accounts may be subject to a cooling-off period before reopening is permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or provided through supeph Services are the exclusive property of supeph or its licensors. You acknowledge that supeph owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use supeph Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any supeph content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

supeph Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. supeph does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, supeph, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of supeph Services, even if supeph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall supeph's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your supeph account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless supeph, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of supeph Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of any third party.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to supeph Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or supeph Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute with supeph, you agree to first contact supeph customer support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to supeph's management for review. supeph will investigate and respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Changes to Terms

supeph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the supeph website. Your continued use of supeph Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must immediately cease using supeph Services and may request account closure.
